Cleveland Engagement Session | Taylor and Jose

I recently had the absolute pleasure of photographing Taylor and Jose’s Cleveland Engagement Session to kick off their journey to their wedding day. From the moment we began, it was clear that their love was something truly special!

An Italian Proposal

Bringing them to this moment, Jose proposed to Taylor during their unforgettable trip to Italy on June 14th, 2023. On the second day, Taylor and Jose retreated to their hotel in Sorrento to freshen up before dinner. Little did Taylor know, this evening would forever change their lives! Their dinner destination was a quaint restaurant within a picturesque lemon garden. With a bottle of champagne in hand and the sunset casting a glow, Jose suggested they capture a photograph by one of the lemon trees. As the server snapped the picture, Jose dropped to one knee, and proposed. Of course, she said yes! They spent the rest of the night celebrating in Sorrento and enjoyed the rest of their trip in Rome, Tuscany, and Florence.

Beginning at the Cleveland Museum of Art

We started Taylor and Jose’s Cleveland Engagement Session session at the iconic Cleveland Museum of Art, where the soft, natural light perfectly illuminated the happy couple. They effortlessly radiated happiness, making my job behind the lens an absolute joy to capture their love!

Celebrating at Edgewater Park

Our next stop took us to the picturesque Edgewater Park, just as the sun began to set in the sky. The sunset provided a stunning backdrop as Taylor and Jose continued to shine with happiness throughout the session. As the evening drew to a close, we couldn’t resist a final celebration. Popping champagne against the setting sun, Taylor and Jose shared laughter, excitement, and dreams for their upcoming wedding.

Looking Forward to the Next Chapter

As Taylor and Jose prepare to say “I do,” I am filled with excitement for the continuation of their love story. Their wedding, set to take place at the Cleveland Museum of Natural History later this year, promises to be a beautiful celebration!
